"Science Activities" The children were given the following materials: soil, salt, two identical pieces of ice, and two plastic plates to place the ice on. First, they put soil and salt into a cup and mixed them together. Then, they covered one piece of ice with this mixture. They placed each piece of ice on a separate plate and put them in the sun. After observing them, they noticed that the piece of ice covered with soil and salt melted first. "Technology Activities" The children experimented with different filters to understand how technology creates tools to solve problems. “Which tool can hold back the sand but allow air to pass through?” First, they tried blowing air, and then they used a small hair dryer to test which filter could hold the mixture. The materials they used were fabric, tulle, and mesh. "Engineering Activities" The children were divided into two groups. Each group drew a lake.
